Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary for certain products, holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier or fulfillment location, shipping carrier, and destination. Estimated delivery times may be provided on individual product pages or during checkout when available.

Because Forebears Decor offers products from multiple suppliers and fulfillment locations, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated based on the product, shipping destination, supplier, and carrier. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing the tracking information after the order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed because of weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, supply-chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or an item is missing from your shipment, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution.

We may request photographs or other information to help document the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Return and refund requests are handled according to our separate Return & Refund Policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return, subject to the conditions and exceptions stated in that policy.

Please contact us before returning any product. If a return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return location for your order.
